- Spearheaded the commencement, completion, commissioning, and handover of State-of-the-Art Automation projects at multiple locations in the Eastern Region as the Regional Automation Role Holder ensuring 100 % NANO, including supervising FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SATs (Site Acceptance Tests) with companies such as Honeywell Automation India Limited, Yokogawa India Limited, and Advanced Systek.
- Spearheaded the innovative LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) tendering model, implemented for the first time in the Eastern Region for all new projects in remote North East locations, reducing the overall job award value by over 20% compared to the conventional BOQ-based tendering.
- Provided technical consultancy for electrical and mechanical jobs for the relocation of a petroleum oil depot in Thimphu and the construction of a new POL depot in Mongar (Bhutan), project undertaken by the Department of Trade, Government of Bhutan.
- Pioneered the compilation and drafting of the document - "Automation Philosophy for LPG Plants" with E&P HQ (Mumbai), serving as a definitive reference for executing automation projects across LPG plants pan India.

- Spearheaded the completion and commissioning of green field project - 44 TMTPA LPG Plant at Balangir, Odisha (Project Cost - ₹104 Crores), in a record 18 months (industry average 24 months), resulting in a filling capacity of 1,570 cylinders per hour and 42 lakh cylinders per year, fulfilling the “Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana” requirements, and dedicated to the nation by the “Vice President of India”.
- Saved ~₹2 Cr annually by introducing real-time inventory monitoring in SAP, optimizing surplus material use across BPCL plants.

- Spearheaded the electrical revamp at Muzaffarpur Depot, including the installation of HT overhead lines, VCB, Transformer, and Electrical Panels, in collaboration with Bihar State Electricity Board. This secured a 700 kW (11 kV) power supply, saving the corporation approximately ₹20 lakhs per month in DG expenses, as the plant had been running on DG since its inception.
- Reduced the turnaround time (TAT) of tank wagon unloading facilities by more than 50%, saving the corporation over ₹4 lakhs monthly in demurrage charges by Railways, through the enhancement of unloading capacity, including pump and pipeline revamp.
- Spearheaded the completion and commissioning of capacity augmentation at Muzaffarpur Depot (₹40 Crores), increasing storage by over 400% and revamping the product pipeline with high-capacity pumps, boosting throughput by more than 100%.
- Spearheaded the state-of-the-art Terminal Automation facilities for the entire plant, including inventory management, Tank Lorry filling system, Tank Wagon unloading system, access control, Safety PLC, and Process PLC. installation".
- Led the construction of a new Admin Building, increasing the capacity of admin facilities and staff handling by over 300%.
- Pioneered the Ministry-monitored MBLR compliance jobs along with OISD recommendations at Muzaffarpur Depot, completing all recommendations first in the Eastern Region. These included tasks related to ROSOVs, MOVs, HVLRs, HCDs, fire hydrant network revamp, centralized foam system revamp, rim seal fire protection, lux level requirement, fall protection system for railway siding (first in India), and other similar recommendations (Project Cost - ₹30 Crores).
