  • Played key role in the SAP S/4 HANA implementation by carrying out functional testing across SD, IS-OIL, and PP Modules, resolving issues in collaboration with Deloitte, and coordinating UAT across internal stakeholders.

• Superintending Engineer - Production
  • Implemented Cyclic Steam Stimulation Project for the extraction of heavy oil for the first time in India, resulting in the monetization of heavy crude oil and opening of a new revenue stream of Rs 70 Cr annually for the organization.
  • Managed budgeting for the Production Department, overseeing both CAPEX and OPEX with an average annual budget of approx. Rs 80 Cr for a particular Financial Year.
  • Led cross-functional team to develop technical requirements for a critical Gas Processing Plant Upgradation project worth Rs 12 Cr to increase capacity by 50% (1 to 1.5 MMSCMD).
  • Formulated and managed Operation and Maintenance contracts worth approx. Rs 200 Cr and procurements worth 20 Cr. Collaborated with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely delivery of critical services and materials.
  • Conducted 50+ interviews of service provider staff, with a team of 4 personnel to assess their competency level for the operation and maintenance of the plant; coordinated with internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Played a key role in managing and implementing end-to-end projects for Heavy Oil productivity improvement (~Rs 50 Cr) in association with global players like Schlumberger, Weatherford, TMK-Russia & Steam Flo-Canada.
  • Delivered structured vocational training on production operations to 100+ contractual employees fostering operational skill development and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
     
• Senior Engineer - Production
  • Initiated and piloted the Cyclic Steam Stimulation Project for the extraction of heavy oil in 2019, laying the groundwork for the monetization of heavy crude oil.
  • Supervised the entire production process to ensure an uninterrupted supply of natural gas to the consumers; managed a team of 70+ professionals from multiple engineering domains.
  • Carried out installation and commissioning of Artificial Lift Systems such as sucker rod pumps, progressive cavity pumps etc valued at approx. 10 Cr leading to 20% production enhancement.
  • Managed procurement of equipment in accordance with relevant API, ANSI, and ASME standards; monitored production, generated reports, and conducted data analysis to optimize production.
  • Led 10+ critical audits by OISD, PNGRB, PESO and DGMS, in the capacity of Installation Manager, managing compliance and interfacing with external auditors to ensure regulatory adherence and operational excellence.
  • Formulated and reviewed 50+ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan for the Natural Gas Processing Facility.
