EV Segment

• Conducted engineering change cost estimations of lithium-ion batteries (Strong Hybrid & EV).
• Developed a centralized feature analysis and costing database across key competitor models for the EV Costing Project CFT, resulting in a 67% reduction in estimation time.
• Performed zero-based costing for Nexon EV Max battery.

Electronic Parts

• Led sourcing and negotiation for wireless/USB chargers, Antennas, communication cables, and surround view camera systems, achieving -311 Cr reduction across FY 2022-26, considering 7-Year model life settlement.
• Prepared a comprehensive child-part-level costing database for electronic components, streamlining procurement operations and achieving a 63% reduction in estimation time.
