• Executed strategic sourcing of BDPF 2.0, a new Big Data platform for managing real-time vehicle data across the entire lineup, negotiating 22% cost reduction and delivering ₹14 Cr savings (59% reduction w.r.t existing solution).
• Commercially onboarded New Infotainment Apps such as Gaana Music App, ABP news App & Amazon Alexa - marking the first-time integration of these features into the Maruti Suzuki ecosystem.
• Key Project - Conducted alternate sourcing for Suzuki Connect, both controller & server. Negotiated 89 Cr in a 7-year project, resulting in 2845 Cr savings, a 33% reduction w.r.t incumbent solution.

EV Segment

• Conducted engineering change cost estimations of lithium-ion batteries (Strong Hybrid & EV).
• Developed a centralized, complete vehicle feature-analysis and costing database across key competitor models for the EV Costing CFT, enabling structured benchmarking and reducing estimation time by 67%.
• Performed zero-based costing for Nexon EV Max battery, establishing component-level cost benchmarks for identification of key cost drivers in an EV battery.

Electronic Parts

• Led strategic sourcing and negotiations for wireless/USB chargers, Antennas, communication cables, and surround view camera systems, delivering ₹311 Cr in savings across FY22–26 under 7-year model-life settlements.
• Prepared a comprehensive child-part-level costing database for electronic components, streamlining procurement operations and achieving a 63% reduction in estimation time.

Plant Maintenance Engineer, Infant Formula

• Coordinated with OEMs for equipment finalization, layout planning, and successful installation and commissioning of key portions of production lines.
• Drove asset reliability and minimized downtime by creating preventive maintenance plans, managing the workforce & leading annual maintenance shutdowns.
• Led root-cause analysis of production equipment failure issues, to reduce scrap and rework, applying Fishbone analysis and PFMEA to identify failure modes and implement corrective actions.
