• 2. Developed and maintained a Procurement tracker encompassing all package procurement for HIL smelter project. (Procurement Budget: 9131 Cr). Based on the tracker, the procurement S-Curve was developed and updated for Progress Tracking.

Assistant Manager- Hot Strip Mill Project

• 1. Accountable to Setup & Commission the entire Utilities Infrastructure and multiple Technological Systems for the 5 MTPA Hot Strip Mill Expansion Project of the JSW Group, a portfolio worth 600 Cr out of the total 5000 Cr budget for the new Hot Strip Mill.
• 2. Successfully Commissioned the Water Circulation System (Net Flow: 41,600 m3/hr) for 5 MTPA capacity Hot Strip Mill complete with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping in all aspects to achieve target deadlines in accordance with the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Guidelines by the Government of India
• 3. Directly lead a team of 12 people as the Utilities team for execution of HSM#3 Project and Managed a works force of 1200 personnel across various disciplines of Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical and Automation etc across various vendors.
• 4. Prepared and Presented decks for project reviews, showcasing progress and challenges to JSW Vijayanagar leadership and to Strategy team at JSW headquarters in Mumbai
• 5. Promoted and implemented safety protocols at site, achieving 2.5 million safe manhours with zero incidents

• 1. Conducted a time study for Procurement Process for Packages > 5Cr, analysing Client Procurement Cycle. Delivered Insights and Recommendations within the procurement process to Reduce Major procurement TAT from 140 Days to ~110 Days.
• 2. Curated a Material Movement plan suggesting Project material (Cement, Aggregates, equipment, Piles, Cables, Panels, Transformers, Raw Material for Fabrication etc) transfer philosophy within Aditya Aluminium Smelter Plant premises.
• a. Suggested Philosophy allowed for reduction of 80% vehicles during peak traffic months at the bottleneck Entry Gate, ensuring Smooth Logistics for material Entry.
• b. Route mapping and infrastructure Development suggestions in the material transfer philosophy ensured Minimum utilization of Operational Plant routes and streamlined project material movement with minimal disruption to existing operations
• 3. Curated a manpower movement plan highlighting infrastructure requirements and route mapping for Project manpower movement within plant premises. Peak manpower 5500, suggested philosophy reduced congestion at entry gates by 20% and allowed for zone wise tracking of manpower.
• 4. Conducted a time study for Manpower onboarding process at Hindalco Industries Limited analysing existing process. Delivered insights and Recommendations to reduce the Manpower Onboarding TAT from 5 days to 1 day.

• 1. Successfully commissioned the 3600 TR Air Conditioning and 3 × 225m3/hr Capacity DM Plant (Both systems individually being the highest installed capacity at JSW Vijayanagar Works) in an unparalleled timeframe of 8 Months and 7 Months respectively.
• 2. Optimized Plant Layout to setup and commission the most compact Utilities Infrastructure for an HSM at 480 m × 75 m resulting in:
• a. Reduced requirement of 2 EOT Cranes, delivering 10% CAPEX saving
• b. Restructured ROT Pump room limiting excavation scope in hard rock strata hence achieving cost and time saving
• 3. Transformed Process Scheme from a Reverse Osmosis & Mixed Bed Polisher Unit to Demineralization Plant of output 3 × 225 m3/hr, delivering
• a. 35% saving in Capital Expenditure
• b. 12% lower Space Utilization
• 4. Delivered 30,000 Inch Meters of Piping in a month during Material Scarce stage of the project
