Assistant Manager- Hot Strip Mill Project

• Led end-to-end setup and commissioning of Utilities for a ₹5,000 Cr, 5 MTPA Hot Strip Mill, overseeing a ₹600 Cr portfolio; commissioned the 41,600 m³/hr Water Circulation System across Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Piping disciplines within target timelines
• Managed a 12-member Utilities team and coordinated a 1,200+ multi-disciplinary workforce across Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical and Automation workstreams, managing execution through multiple vendors
• Commissioned the largest-capacity systems of their kind at JSW Vijayanagar Works—a 3,600 TR Air Conditioning System and 3 × 225 m³/hr DM Plant—in 8 and 7 months, respectively
• Achieved 35% CAPEX savings and 12% lower space utilization by redesigning the water-treatment scheme from RO + Mixed Bed Polisher to a 3 × 225 m³/hr Demineralization Plant.
