  • Proposed and developed a new IoT based SaaS tool to improve process plant productivity and reduce batch cycle time. 
  • Collaborated with an existing client to identify a potential use case for IOT based productivity improvement tool. 
  • Identifed the market segment to target considering the technological constraints and use case.
  • Deliberated with management to identify execution philosophy (in-house development, joint venture, outsourced).
  • Identifed the pricing philosophy for the product (Cloud pricing, maintenance contracts, Integrated tool pricing).
  • Identified all the IOT edge devices to integrate plant DCS/PLC/SAP/ERP/Laboratory data. 
  • Compared Azure/AWS & GCP cloud platform from a cost and functionality perspective as the base platform to develop the tool.
  • Once AWS was shortlisted engaged with AWS team and identified the system configuration to create the data pipeline.
  • Identified the process bottlenecks in an ongoing Proof of Concept with a chemical client and initiated the ML model development.
  • Re-engineered and optimized running plant operations to derive 9x more output while optimizing input leading to 12x profit increase from operations for the client. 
  • Engineered the conceptual design of a greenfield integrated logistics hub for one of India’s largest integrated chemical complexes in extended proposal engineering. This led to the organization bagging a new client and a direct contribution of 10% to the company’s revenues. 
  • Identified risks in execution based on client discussions during proposal stage. This led to variable timelines being agreed for execution subject to risk realization and 20% increase in revenue for the company via change management.
  • Executed a construction chemicals project for a US multinational in which the site was developed and plant shed was constructed before onboarding of engineering consultant leading to several innovative solutions in plant and process design.
  • Executed a technical feasibility report including plant configuration, plant infrastructure, land footprint and capital expenditure for an integrated greenfield paint plant with complex product mix of decorative and industrial paints.
  • Led the budgeting and man-power planning exercise for the entire team.

  • Conceptualized and engineered debottlenecking and upgradation of plant logistics and non-production infrastructure leading to 40% reduction in logistics turnaround time.
