  • Global Business Transformation: Drove business transformation program on commercial models in sponsorship of the CEO and global COO;  advancing Genpact's 2026 goal of doubling revenue from new-age commercial models
  • End-to-end execution: Spearheaded the program end-to-end, from strategy creation to execution, for $1.5B vertical driving bookings worth $360M and uplift revenue by $66M (30% growth), accelerating my growth to Vice President role within 3 years of the program
  • Strategy formulation & governance: Conducted industry analysis & internal assessment, established targets & team structure, formulated execution levers, devised GTM strategy, and crafted the execution roadmap. Drove governance with leadership including CEO to monitor progress
  • Thought Leadership: Created guidebooks in conjunction with SMEs across various industries/ workstreams (including analytics, IT, Digital and AI) - leveraged as go-to document for all RFPs/ deals 
  • Process Re-definition: Re-defined the deal process, in addition to other process particulars, built & managed of a new forum with mentorship from CXOs on sizeable deals – 90% deals covered in this discussion

  • P&L and Growth: Managed P&L and growth of the Delhi/NCR accounts by leveraging SaaS based product to drive business process efficiency, automation, and digitization in client’s business operations
