Vice President, Business Transformation Initiatives | Genpact | Gurgaon

  • Driving business transformation program on commercial models in sponsorship of the CEO and global COO;  advancing Genpact's 2026 goal of doubling revenue from new-age commercial models. Led a team to drive bookings worth $360M and uplift revenue by $66M (30% growth), accelerating my growth to Vice President role within 3 years of the program
  • Created thought-leadership in conjunction with commercial, solutioning, and service line team defining different commercial models across types of work and industries, thereby creating the go to reference material for every deal moving forward (e.g., guidebook for outcome-based models, transaction-based pricing, solutioning framework)
  • End-to-end program execution: target setting, re-defining the deal process, driving targeted campaigns, governance,  marketing, knowledge sharing, and training/upskilling. Re-defined the deal process and got embedded in the deal cycle thus driving discussions & negotiations with clients. Drove targeted campaigns with sales teams to hunt and create opportunities for outcome-based models (generated inflows worth ~60M and Bookings ~10M). Created cloud-based platforms for knowledge sharing and persona-based online trainings.

Senior Manager, Customer Success | Wooqer | Delhi

  • Managed the P&L and responsible for account management and growth for the clients in the Delhi/NCR region for a SaaS based DIY product for driving business process efficiency, automation, data collection specifically for retail industry. 
  • Drove adoption of the product by identifying top-5 use cases for each client and driving discussions across client leaderships to align, execute & monitor the product embedment. Resulted in full retention of existing clients 
  • Led discussions with new clients with tailored pitches highting the top use-cases and potential business impact. Converted a deal with one of the largest food retail franchise in India in a quick span of 3 months

Manager, Global Sourcing | Everest Group | Gurgaon

  • Drove several consulting engagements for global blue-chip logos and senior executives (including C-suite executives), spanning across strategy, market intelligence, peer benchmarking in IT Services and IT enabled Services across diverse industries (e.g., hi-tech, healthcare, BFSI)
  • Managed the flagship subscription product of Everest Group (Market Vista) with the largest subscriber base across all products. Re-defined the report to include aspects of digital technologies to align with market demands leading to enhanced client engagement and sizeable growth.
