  • Played Lead role in safely carrying out 2 Critical Shutdowns for Catalyst changeover requiring extensive technical expertise and handling of nearly 300 Skilled and unskilled manpower
  • Coordinating with Licensor on behalf of operations team regarding plant monitoring data and trouble shooting.
  • Carried out several Training programmes as Faculty for Plant personnel (Skilled & Non-skilled), Fresh Engineers Related to Plant operations and Safety guidelines.
  • Carried out Regular Mock drills with plant personnel (Skilled & Non-skilled) and provided proper training to enlighten them regarding plant safety.
