Project Lead - Aircraft Structures

• Lead technical execution and project coordination for three concurrent engineering projects with a combined budget of USD 165K, balancing delivery quality, stakeholder needs, and schedule adherence.
• Act as Global Coordinator for a multi-team activity involving 15+ stakeholders across 5 European R&D teams, ensuring seamless communication, requirement alignment, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain annual activity plans, defining milestones, workstream roadmaps, and addressing priorities to meet cross-functional expectations.
• Drive execution using daily stand-ups and structured tracking (GANTT charts, RAID logs, and checklists), improving on-time deliverables by ~8-10% and reducing coordination gaps.
• Primary Subcontracting Point of Contact for the team: responsible for supplier onboarding, performance monitoring across multiple projects, budget tracking, billing forecasts, and representing the team in organizational supplier review meetings.
• Execute key technical responsibilities such as integrating FE models from multiple aircraft sections, applying loads/BCs, performing quality checks, and conducting interface sensitivity studies to support structural behavior assessments and project
• decision-making.

Senior Engineer - Product Development

• Led on-ground execution across multiple locations to address a critical rear-axle vibration issue on the Scorpio-N program during its final validation phase.
• Coordinated the workflow with production, quality, logistics, assembly, and validation teams to ensure the timely movement of modified components through manufacturing and vehicle-level testing.
• Managed vendor coordination for specific components, tracked turnaround, and ensured part availability to meet aggressive pre-launch validation schedules.
• Supported the successful implementation of the solution and helped avoid an estimated ₹2 Cr redesign and tooling cost impact by enabling rapid on-ground execution.
