  • Managed $8 Mil Asset support plan for Shell’s JV assets located in Kazakhstan. Visited Kazakhstan to engage with multiple stakeholders and streamline resource planning for the year 2024
    Stakeholder Management: Engaged with the leadership team to mentor them about the new reporting methodology. Instituted the new reporting style, leading to improved visibility & availability (30 days to 1day)
  • Cross functional collaboration: Collaborated with Finance department to track & report project financials timely and accurately, and create a consolidated analytical platform using PowerBI, ensuring smooth billing cycle every month
  • Cross-border collaboration: Collaborated with Shell’s SME teams based in UK, Netherlands, USA, & other locations, and JV partner to provide end to end support for multiple projects. Coordinated with Commercial team based in Poland to setup contractual agreements
  • Chair monthly cadence among team leads, Project heads, and GMs.
  • Mentorship: Mentored new staff by updating new- joiner’s curriculum & taking onboarding sessions, and introduced them with cross functional teams, thereby ensuring faster induction in mainstream business

 

Assistant Manager | Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. | Ahmedabad

  • Project management: Led a team of 5+ engineers and architects to design $10 Mil. pharmaceutical facility; collaborated with R&D, Quality, Purchase, HR, and Finance team; and resolved conflicts within members with divergent viewpoints
  • Presented the project designs to the Chairman & MD to secure approvals & funds for detailed engineering of the project
  • Site Engagements- Deputed to Ethiopia site to engage with local HODs and devised a debottlenecking strategy, leading to facility volume expansion to cater wider African market
    Coordinated with Supply chain team and consultant to define flow & develop layouts of $2 Mil. warehouse facility. Facilitated meetings among department heads and CMD to discuss project progress and secure funds for project execution
  • Collaborated with managers and subject matter experts to analyze gaps in processes; performed root cause analysis & troubleshooting
  • Singlehandedly implemented batch cycle reduction project in OSD(Oral Solid Dosage) plant, leading to monthly savings of $ 2,000 per month.
