- Spearheaded the First Article Inspection (FAI) for Railway Interior Scopes (Handrails, Glazing, Interior Panels, Passenger Seats, Driver Seats) – Achieved 92% (FY ’22-23), 95%, (FY ’23-24), 91% (FY ’24-25) vs Target 90% (Indian Customers: CMRL, DMRC, PITCMRL. Overseas Customers: Sao Paulo Line 6, Perth EMU, Iarnrod Irish Rail, Santiago Line 7).
- Deployed a quality action plan at critical interior suppliers for ML3 project to reduce incoming defects by 20%.
- Managed SQ (Supplier Quality) Project Co-ordination: Liaison and cross-functional co-ordination between suppliers in China and Germany; Engineering team in Bangalore and Production sites in Poland, Australia and Brazil.
- Led Greenfield interior supplier industrialization projects for special processes (Adhesive Bonding, Welding, Painting) amounting to yearly turnovers of INR 30 Cr to ensure on time ramp-up readiness for interior projects localization & Transfer of Technology (ToT) projects.

- Led the yearly budgeting and forecast of Supplier Quality (SQ) department workload (with Compo teams: Interior, Bogie, Traction Development Centers) from FY ’22-23 to FY ’25-26. Projected resources were in-line with management requirements.

- Orchestrated the weekly supplier quality project progress meeting to E-Loco project core team and drove actions with stakeholders.

- Supported Alstom SQ leadership teams to establish governance structures and review mechanisms with Coimbatore, Madhepura, Kolkata sites and E-Loco Project core team.

- Executed a project to reduce Supplier deviation requests by 30 % YoY, through systematic root cause analysis and actions.
- Maintained the database of YoY FAl's performed for global sites from India to facilitate the recharge to SQ function through Alstom Finance. Ensured 100% invoicing compliance against the FAl's done (400+) per FY by mapping against each FAI recorded in Alstom Quality portal.
