• Co-ordinated bogie and traction-motor delivery for the electric locomotive programme, landing 95% of inspections on time against a 90% target.
• Ran the weekly project quality forum and presented the sourcing work package at monthly leadership reviews, converting discussion into owned, tracked actions.
• Stood up governance and review cadences with leadership across three manufacturing sites and the programme core team.
• Held engineering change management to 100% compliance against the build plan by gating part development reviews.
• Led the quality workstream on two national rail tenders worth INR 60,000 Cr combined, delivering the submissions with 40% less effort than benchmark bids.
• Eliminated 30% of supplier deviation requests YoY through structured root-cause analysis.
• Recovered the full cost of 400+ inspections per year performed for global sites by building the tracking that gave Finance 100% invoicing compliance.
