Project Leadership
- Enabled infrastructure upgrades worth ~4 cr, implementing capacity enhancement, EV charging, branding modernisation,and automation upgrades at 50+ fuel stations, driving long-term business growth and enhanced customer service.
- Advanced BPCL’s ESG goals, collaborating with multiple vendors to deploy site-specific solar power solutions at 10+ fuel stations, generating ~1.05 MWh of green energy per month.

Supply Chain and Operations Management
- Managed supply chain operations at the oil depot leading a team of 12, with hands-on experience in SAP-based indenting, supply planning, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Proactively led third-party ethanol receipts, coordinating with 10+ supply points, to achieve ~10% ethanol blending in petrol, through monthly demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Managed preventive and shutdown maintenance by implementing SAP-based Preventive Maintenance (PM) module, ensuring zero operational downtime.
Process Automation and Digital Transformation
- Collaborated with the EPC team on the process automation revamp project (~Rs. 6cr), overseeing on-field planning and execution with factory-acceptance and site-acceptance testing (FAT/SAT). This project reduced turn-around time (TAT) by ~20% in dispatch operations.
- Led the adoption of “RAIS” – an auto-supply planning and invoicing SAP module with seamless integration with the existing terminal automation system (TAS) for improved efficiency in tank lorry prioritization for loading operations.
- Designed and implemented a PLC-based Automated Central Foam Feeding System for firefighting at the depot, thereby enhancing user safety while firefighting.
Project Management
Led CAPEX projects, totalling ~Rs. 4cr, overseeing RFX processes and SOWs, focussed on enhancing operational efficiency and safety in the oil depot.
