• Chief Chemist-Executive Assistant to Chief of Institute, KDMIPE
  •  Supported the Chief of Institute-KDMIPE in strategic planning, institutional coordination, and cross-functional execution at the leadership level, serving as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  •  Facilitated the execution and oversight of key institutional initiatives, including 84+ R&D projects (~₹125 Cr budget) and research involving 250+ geoscientists.
  •  Actively involved in identifying new Oil & Gas exploration opportunities, advancing geoscience through technological upgrades, and leading decarbonization efforts to achieve ONGC's Net Zero target by 2038.

  • Developed and deployed advanced oil-field chemicals, resulting in 20% cost savings (~₹30L/year) and 42% improvement in performance.
  • Managed all facets of production chemistry, including conducting trials and studies of oil-field chemicals, managing chemical inventories, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participated in safety audits, formulated safety protocols, and implemented QHSE policies for responsible waste management.

  • Executed a project of $1.5 million for the installation, performance testing, and quality control of a Produced Water Conditioning (PWC) unit in Offshore Oil field with a capacity of 150,000 barrels per day. 
  • Commissioned the FPSO unit at Cluster-7 oil field in Mumbai Offshore that augmented crude oil production by 20,000 barrels per day (Revenue~$1.1 million/day) and natural gas production by 1.8 million cubic meters per day (Revenue~$0.19 million/day).
     
• Chemist, Process Quality Control, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Ltd. | Mumbai
  • Led the commissioning of a 9000 litres/day Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) refuelling unit for helicopter operations, ensuring uninterrupted offshore logistics and sustaining crude oil production of ~35,000 barrels per day (Revenue~$3.15 million/day).
  • Implemented and managed robust QC/QA programs, ensuring integrity and compliance through systematic sampling and analysis of crude oil, natural gas, water injection systems, wastewater, glycols, and lube oils.

• Successfully summited Mt. Kanchenjunga (8,586 m), the world’s third-highest peak, in May 2018—becoming one of the first amateur employee mountaineers from a corporate team to achieve this rare and demanding feat.
