• Spearheaded the end-to-end project lifecycle for a custom digital transformation system, coordinating cross-functional efforts with global teams of a Foreign OEM. This data-driven system, leveraging analytics of historical threats and 135 additional parameters, increased early warning capabilities by one hour, enhancing security and mitigating threats to life and property

• Risk Management: Led a 24×7 operational command center with a team of 60 for coastal security surveillance, incident response, machinery defect management, SOS calls from fishermen, and public grievance resolution.
• Project Management: Implemented Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies to manage dynamic operational demands, reduce defect resolution times, and improve public issue management outcomes.
• Delivered ₹50 Cr infrastructure modernization projects using operational dashboards, risk tracking tools and internal audits to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion.
• Strategic Partnership: Fostered strategic partnerships with local administration, healthcare authorities, and community representatives to support operational continuity and public engagement programs
