Manager - Engineering, Operations
- Served as the Pillar-Lead of the Core Team for developing a 3-year operational strategy for the unit, aimed at achieving increased capaity and productivity using the Hoshin Kanri management model.
- Led the Asset Care Pillar, implementing OWS on Manager-Model Line & LWE methods in its manufacturing excellence (PRIME) journey leading to an improvement in overall plant score.
- Delivered infrastructural projects like UPS deployment with integrated power distribution system for critical loads – leading to an OEE increase of 1.2% increase and productivity related savings of INR 2.5 – 3.5 Lacs per annum; spearheaded the revamp of office infrastructure including deployment/revamp of IT/OT infrastructure, a project worth INR 1.5 Cr.

- Spearheaded the on-time delivery of 2 projects – a Brownfield Facility for adding capacity (project value ~INR 66.7 Lacs) & an External Warehouse for 15.33% increased inventory capacity (project value ~INR 30.7 Lacs) to maximize production capacity utilization and cater to 25% hike in market demand.
- Delivered CapEx projects worth INR 1.1 Cr leading to improvement in Site Hygiene Index by 5% as targeted and Site Safety Index by 25% and a reduction in first aid cases by 60% during FY21.
- Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to ensure quick turnaround and restoration of unit operation in the aftermath of cyclone FANI.
