• Streamlined coordination between control office and field units by digitizing rolling block planning from offering and granting to monitoring.

Section Controller - Traffic & Operations

• Oversaw round-the-clock daily train operations, balancing freight and passenger priorities in real time over a 500 km section. Utilized in house data extensively for revenue generation to optimize freight loading.
• Negotiated and resolved operational conflicts with adjacent railway zones, preventing disruptions.
• Reduced operational time of complicated shunting. Streamlined multi-department communication under time-sensitive constraints. Leveraged controller’s reach to update real-time train tracking for all trains in section.
• Responsible for traffic planning and managing slots for electrification of Vikarabad–Parli route (270 km) and Khanapur–Kalburgi route (100 km). Achieved completion ahead of expected timeline.
• Accurate planning of manpower to run freight preventing wastage during passenger, mail, and express convoy timings freeing up 10 percent crew wastage.
