Alternate Sourcing
- Managed the program with an outlay of the annual component buying, in excess of ₹60,000 Crores
- Formulated a strategy roadmap for scope of alternate sourcing over next 5 years, aligned with the new model launches
- Pioneered a comprehensive alternate sourcing initiative across 1,000+ high-value projects, generating annual savings of ₹250+ crore

COVID Exigency Management
- Developed a comprehensive 314-point checklist for daily SITREPs and MIS Management
- Formulated an excel analysis model for the monitoring database (4,39,600 datapoints on a daily basis)
- Covered 100% of the suppliers to ensure manpower preparedness and readiness for steady ramp-up
Operational Excellence & Supplier Development:
- Spearheaded the implementation of the Comprehensive Excellence Framework: A 9-pillar assessment covering the aspects like Finance, Quality, Safety, HR/IR, Succession Planning and Risk Management
- Uplifted the operational standards of 450+ supplier plants
- Achieved a 46% reduction in defect rates and 100% compliance in fire safety
