      • Saved ₹26.2 million by converting 178 nos. of 2.4L NESS engines to ESS configuration. 
      • Saved ₹9.2 million by repurposing 731 E6B 9AT Cylinder Blocks for BSIV use. 
      • Executed re-export plans for obsolete or surplus BSIV parts due to the BSIV–BSVI transition, clearing excess inventory worth ₹13.4 million, including 1.3 SDE engine parts, avoiding ageing stock.
    • Reduced WIP stock by ₹15 million, optimising flow between machining and assembly lines in powertrain.
    • Analysed and cleared the top 30 ageing parts (> 366 days), representing 61% of total ageing inventory (₹104 million).

    • EQS SUV startup — Led logistics functions for the new car line introduction, coordinating system setup, material availability, packaging development, and audits. Achieved a successful “GREEN” rating in the audit.
    • New E-class startup — Served as MRP and Production Planning coordinator. Implemented an ERP-based procurement system.
    • Averted the risk of scrapping 65 kits of old E class, leading to cost savings of €3.2 million by executing multiple alternative solutions.
