  • Delhi High Court Maintenance (₹37 Cr. workload): Led a team of 21 people overseeing O&M of the entire Delhi High Court. Engaged with High Court judges to navigate high-stakes operational challenges and ensure delivery of projects.
  • Shastri Park Project (₹171 Cr): Led a team of 2 gazetted officers to initiate construction by securing land allocation from DDA and successfully completed the foundation.
  • Zonal Planning & Digitization (₹900 Cr zonal workload): Directed a cross-functional team of 4 gazetted officers to optimize budget allocation, tender formulation, public procurement, and approvals for zonal projects. 
  • Spearheaded ERP implementation, accelerated planning through standardization, and process automation, increasing process efficiency by 50%.

  • BIS Fire Door Guidelines Reform: Spearheaded harmonizing fire door safety guidelines with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Facilitated the inclusion of an improved glass fire door product, enhancing safety benchmarks for future projects nationwide.
  • Madipur Hospital Project (₹472 Cr): Set up and operationalized a new Health Project Division within 3 months. Led a cross-functional team of 17 people and achieved the targets through agile project management, proactive approvals, and coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Veterinary College Planning (₹600 Cr): Floated the planning tender for Delhi’s first Veterinary College, a high-priority project monitored by the Lieutenant Governor.
  • Statutory Approvals for Healthcare Infrastructure (₹652 Cr): Secured key clearances, including AAI, Environmental, & Fire NOCs for Bindapur Hospital & DDU Hospital Project.
  • ERP Implementation & Zonal Digitization (₹1,700 Cr zonal workload): Led a team of 4 gazetted officers & spearheaded ERP implementation and digitization of documentation and approval workflows.

  • Judiciary Infrastructure Project (₹289 Cr): Led a team of 3 gazetted officers and delivered Supreme Court-monitored projects at Saket, Tis Hazari, and Karkardooma using innovative construction technology (steel structure, drywall systems) - a first for Delhi’s judiciary.
  • Mandoli Jail O&M (₹5 Cr): Directed O&M of high-security prison complex with 12 people. Implemented special infrastructure arrangements for high-profile inmates, ensuring operational integrity and security compliance. 
  • Optimized Contracts: Consolidated fragmented AMCs into a unified contract, improving cost efficiency by 20% & initiated digitization of inventory for government assets. 
  • Sustainability and Digitization Initiatives: Installed 1400 kg/day capacity composting units installed to enhance sustainability. Transformed wasteland into a park with an open gym.
  • Cost Optimization & Claims Management: Successfully defended an arbitration case by challenging out-of-scope claims, resulting in a cost saving of ₹8 Cr. to the exchequer through diligent contract interpretation and documentation.
  • Police Housing & Election-Linked Readiness: Reactivated police housing complex (idle since 2016), previously repurposed as a temporary jail that enabled inauguration by the Hon’ble Home Minister. - Activated 360 quarters in 11 days for security personnel deployment during Delhi MCD Elections.
  • Statutory Compliance & Estimate Preparation (₹540 Cr): Prepared detailed project estimates for Karkardooma Pucca Court and Anand Vihar Judicial Quarters Projects. Processed the DUAC, Forest, AAI, Fire and Environment approvals.
     
• Assistant Executive Engineer, CPWD | IIM Amritsar & IIT Ropar
  • IIMA Amritsar Project (₹320 Cr): Handled 33% charge of the first EPC contract of CPWD in Punjab, including 7 high rise towers, auditorium and incubation & community center.
  • Spearheaded implementation of advanced construction techniques of self-compacting concrete and monolithic aluminium shuttering. 
  • Led the approval of tender for TPQA, specialized agencies, product approvals for execution. Headed the design mix site trials. Completed foundational works despite COVID-19 disruptions.
  • IIIT Una Tendering & Planning (₹120 Cr): Prepared and floated tenders for IIIT Una within a 2-month target, meeting planning, budgeting, and statutory milestones under additional charge.
  • IIT Ropar Campus Execution (₹1,100 Cr Zonal Workload): Independently led delivery of 2.3 lakh sq. ft. of critical infrastructure, including a high-rise hostels, residential complex, dining hall, nitrogen laboratory, and lecture hall in the project.
  • Key achievements include execution of 9,000 m³ of concrete in <25 days & NIT preparation for execution of horticulture works worth ₹1 Cr.
  • Digitization Transformation & Process Optimization: Appointed Nodal Officer for ERP rollout; transitioned to digitization of billing and shifted procurement to GeM. 
  • Successfully completed the ERP UAT training module, beta testing for e-tendering and e-auction module.
  • Financial Closure and Dispute Resolution: Assisted in Passing final bill of Phase 1 of construction of IIT Ropar totaling ₹500 Cr. Also, looked after the various arbitration/DRC proceedings of Phase-1A. Assisted in saving the government exchequer ₹1.9 Cr by rejection of undue claims.
  • Emergency Operations: Coordinated emergency evacuation and campus reactivation during the 2019 flash floods at IIT Ropar, ensuring workers safety & quick restoration of site operations. 
  • During COVID-19, retained 1,000+ migrant labourers by coordinating with IIT and local authorities for food, medical, and quarantine housing. 
  • Skill Development: Implemented the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) mandate by facilitating training of 260 workers in partnership with CSDCI.
