Assistant Executive Engineer

• Commanded real-time parameter optimization protocols in the control room, consistently reducing crude impurities from approx. 20% to less than 0.2% to fulfil a multi-million-dollar supply contract with IOCL Vadodara Refinery.
• Led on site execution of ₹150Cr ($18.2M) Fire Fighting System infrastructure overhaul, replacing critical Remote Operated Shut-off Valves (ROSoVs) across 6 tanks and building a new 8,400 m³ emergency system with zero impact on daily operations.
• Led a 100-member team to repair a critical pipeline failure within 60 hours, averting a complete production halt across North Gujarat and safeguarding asset output valued at $6M USD.
• Executed a critical procurement case for weathered oil processing that monetized approximately $0.3M USD in previously stranded inventory.
• Conceptualized and executed a recovery plan for long-pending weathered crude oil stored in a 30,000 m³ tank, recovering crude valued at $5M USD and restoring liquid handling capacity by 30,000 m³.
