• End to End executed the ₹38Cr ($4.6M) replacement of a primary Fire Heater, meticulously managing inventory and scheduling to mitigate a 33% capacity constraint; achieved zero process downtime and fulfilled 100% of supply commitments.
• Managed complex resource allocation and logistical scheduling for the Ahmedabad sub asset (1 out of 4), balancing mobile production units (MPUs) and high-pressure steam requirements across competing operational sites.
• Achieved 100% operational compliance with stringent environmental, safety, and water resource regulations by managing high-stakes relationships with federal and state regulatory bodies.
