  • Strategized a 21% throughput increase, resulting in a ₹15 Cr/day revenue boost by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven process optimizations. Enhanced plant efficiency and set new industry benchmarks.
  • Diagnosed and resolved a recurring issue in the Crude unit causing ₹10 Cr/day losses by conducting root cause analysis and implementing targeted solutions, restoring full production capacity.
  • Led the production and supply of a new petroleum product for ISRO, ensuring all specifications were met while achieving zero capital expenditure. Successfully delivered the project on time, demonstrating strategic leadership and cost-efficient execution.
