- Negotiated the first ever pay-as-produce go deal to overcome valuation differences between Indian and Russian entities of around $2.5B and ensured timely submission of bid to acquire upstream assets crucial for Indian PSUs.
- As a technical committee member, led the team for upgrading water handling facility in an Upstream Asset in Russia in coordination with local subcontractor. The process increased overall production by 2 MMTPA.
- Audited Russian project at field locations in Siberia, as part of audit team and made structural changes to improve pipeline losses and acceptance of e-invoice for financial transparency.
