• Built financial models to estimate management fees, success fees and distribution waterfalls for various funds and companies.
• Assisted in the valuation of airport assets of one of Asia's largest private airport operators to support debt restructuring across multiple operating entities.
• Executed the acquisition accounting for a listed pharmaceutical company (USD 12 billion net worth) by valuing acquired tangible and intangible assets, including distribution networks, developed products, and in-process R&D.
• Performed valuation analysis of a leading healthcare provider (USD 650 million revenue) and prepared an expert witness valuation report to support an ongoing litigation.
• Supported multiple acquisitions undertaken by one of the largest listed IT companies (USD 45 billion net worth) by valuing acquired intangible assets and liabilities, including technology, customer, brands, and deferred revenue.
• Supported the finance teams of various clients during reporting cycles by addressing auditor and investor queries, along with providing ongoing valuation advisory on complex technical matters.

• Secured first place among 119 competing teams in the IIMAvericks Challenge 2026, a business idea competition at IIM Ahmedabad.
