  • Served as SPOC for the Transportation Management System (TMS) project at Tata Steel Logistics, Jamshedpur to automate dispatch planning, optimize freight costs and ensure high delivery compliance.
  • Implemented resource optimization techniques by deploying Special Freight Train Operations (SFTO) rakes for dispatches, effectively optimizing coil weight against rake capacity, resulting in cost savings of ~7 Cr in FY’24.
  • Led a collaborative initiative with JCAPCPL to optimize mix coil loading and deliver freight savings of ~3.5 Cr in FY’24.
