  • Designed and implemented a technological feature optimising energy consumption during the product development, which led to a cost saving of ₹5,600 per vehicle, translating to ~$13 million in annual savings.
  • Spearheaded the end-to-end development of the cost-optimized iQube09 EV variant, resulting in a 68% jump in monthly sales (14.5K → 25K units) from launch flagging TVS no.1 in EV 2W market.
  • Conducted market research and competitive benchmarking with the strategy team, leading 10+ customer interviews to uncover key pain points and innovation opportunities in the B2B entry-level EV segment.

  • Led the product development in collaboration with Bosch China team for software powertrain solutions of iQUBE and brought in 3L+ sales amounting to revenue of ~360 million$.
  • Achieved a 20% improvement in system efficiency through data-driven tuning and iterative testing, contributing to ~$250 million in cumulative sales and reinforcing iQube’s market leadership.
  • Directed a two-member team for end-to-end EV powertrain calibration and full vehicle-level validation across all five variants of TVS’s flagship EV platform, iQube.
  • Orchestrated product development as Scrum/Test Master using JIRA, driving sprint ceremonies and backlog management. Delivered 30+ connected features across EV platforms and improved NPS scores by enhancing legacy product experiences.
  • Presented & implemented the concept idea in tweaking vehicle control parameters to CXOs that will reduce the charging time for 2W EV products by 20% and secure their buyins.
     
• Senior Engineer - New Product Development
  • Designed a fast-charging protocol for iQube09, enabling 80% charge in just 2 hours ~30% decrease in charging time setting an industry benchmark and contributing to ~$300M revenue.
  • Led powertrain and subsystem testing (Motor, MCU, VCU, BMS, Charger) and vehicle-level software validation for five iQube EV variants supporting 5+ lakh unit sales.
  • Led digital transformation for EV testing by implementing data pipelines and Power BI dashboards, digitizing test results for internal and competitor vehicles. Enabled real-time insights and faster cross-functional decision-making.
  • Collaborated with cross-border counterparts/stakeholders, off-board charger supplier FRIWO, headquartered in Vietnam, for software capability plus charging infrastructure development bringing in help for 3 lakh EV units sold in the last 3 years.
  • Filed 5 SOPs/ Testing standards of EV powertrain vehicle validation & testing and standardized them from scratch.
  • Mentored 4 engineers and guided 10+ service engineers on core diagnostics and after-sales support. Also led a town hall in Bangalore, upskilling 100+ zonal heads during a new variant launch to drive capability and market growth.
     
• Graduate Engineer Trainee
  • Core team member in the LIMCA World Record-winning iQube initiative, unveiling the world’s highest EV charging point in Spiti. Collaborated with marketing to showcase product reliability and boost brand positioning in extreme conditions.
  • Developed a concept DFCM (Driver feedback control model), which gives real data insights on the rides by customers based on 20+ control vehicle parameters.

• Letter of Appreciation from Chairman, TVS: Won the best project award for FY '22 across all departments, improved NPS on a cross functional team project - pertaining customer field issue and presented it to the chairman of the company.
• Letter of Appreciation from Head NPD 2W EV – Recognized by the AVP, Head 2W EV projects of TVS Motor for solving the field issue of the highest selling variant under yellow belt certification.
• Newton award: Awarded for bringing in the best innovative idea, selected out of 50+ other ideas and implemented in the NPD surrogate projects.
• Received the IP (Intellectual Patent) award for 2023-2024 FY for successful filing of patents in IP annual award ceremony at TVS.
• CFA scholarship holder – amounting to 1240 USD roughly amounting to 1 lakh in INR.
• Core team member who won the “LIMCA WORLD OF RECORDS” for iQUBE vehicle to unveil world’s highest charging infra in Spiti.
