  • Appointed with the task to set up a new product vertical called “Floor Coatings” in the states of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
  • Primary portfolio included market survey and product line set-up.
  • As the Regional Head of the Floor Coating division, multiple portfolios were handled simultaneously including collaborations with R&D about new product development; setting up of market for new product line; training and development of contractors, dealers & distributors as well as peers amongst the company; handling product pricing, customer accounts, and EBIT level calculations; coordinating intra-company and inter-company supply chain; trials, testing, and certifications of products.
  • Also handled the parent vertical “Protecton” – Industrial Protective Coating Division of Berger Paints for the Ahmedabad, Gujarat territory (September 2019 – April 2020)
